Designed to walk you through planning all of the details from beginning to end, our Executive Event Coordinator will guide you through the entire process + assist you in planning the day you’ve always dreamed of! We offer three tiers of our planning package for you to choose from with differing levels of involvement from our team to fit your needs.

Standard Package

Our Standard package is tailored specifically to your needs. If booked, three months prior to your wedding you’ll receive a link to our Onboarding Questionnaire, where you can outline your expectations and let us know how we can best support you on your special day. Once completed, we’ll schedule a conference call or Zoom meeting to review all the details and address any questions.

Premium Package

Our Premium package ensures a seamless and stress-free wedding experience with a blend of design guidance and expert coordination.

This includes:

Design Support: Customized idea board to inspire your wedding’s look and feel.

Vendor Recommendations: A curated list of trusted wedding professionals tailored to your needs.

Day-of Coordination: Ceremony and reception setup oversight, entertainment coordination, and post-wedding cleanup support.

Planning Guidance: Assistance with floor plans, linen selections, and special reception details.

Communication & Meetings: Up to 5 hours of planning sessions, one vision-casting meeting, and monthly email check-ins leading up to your big day.

Deluxe Package

For couples seeking a hands-on partner in every aspect of their wedding, our Deluxe package offers unparalleled support and executive-level management.

Includes everything in the Premium package, plus:

Comprehensive Logistics: Creation of detailed timelines for vendors, family, and the wedding party.

Vendor Management: Negotiating deals, managing rentals, and finalizing vendor payments on your behalf.

Personalized Details: Assistance with invitation wording, song selection, and favor assembly.

Guest Support: Coordination of guest accommodations and hotel blocks.

Day-of Extras: Bridal party lunch coordination and a “Good Morning” call to start your wedding day stress-free.

Executive-Level Access: Your dedicated coordinator acts as the primary contact for vendors, with unlimited meetings and weekly check-ins to keep every detail on track.
